through US mail within 6-10 business days unless

notified immediately. If you have a FAX number
please include it; it is often helpful. If

Packages lost in the mail
or damaged merchandise are at the customer's

return the item if it is unopen/unused within 10

Special Ordering Policy:
While we will be happy to TRY to obtain
products that we do not carry, understand that
we probably don't carry it for this reason, "IT
DOES NOT SELL WELL" You will have to purchase
the full amount that we have to purchase, often
5 pounds on the herbs, and up to 24 bottles of
Essential Oils. We can NO longer afford to stock

is a three-digit value which provides a
