How to Steep Herbs

Generally, it is best not to boil the herbs.  Bring water to a boil and remove it from the heat, then add the herbs to water for steeping.  Stir and cover.  It is best, when possible, not to use a tea ball.  Allowing the herbs to circulate freely in the water maximizes the potency of the water infusion.  Strain out the herbs after steeping
