How to Steep
Herbs
Generally, it is best
not to boil the herbs. Bring water to a boil and
remove it from the heat, then add the herbs to water for
steeping. Stir and cover. It is best, when
possible, not to use a tea ball. Allowing the herbs
to circulate freely in the water maximizes the potency of
the water infusion. Strain out the herbs after
steeping
